Day 2- Being led by the Spirit of God

“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God”
— Romans 8:14:
“But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh”.
— Galatians 5:16
“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. For he will not speak on his own, but will tell you whatever he hears, and he will make known to you what is to come.”
— John 16:13

A new car cannot be driven without gas. Same with our walk with God. We cannot dare to walk with God without the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is the Administrative arm of God’s kingdom. He knows how to navigate every part and aspect of the Kingdom. We must depend on him to guide us into the plan and purpose of God. He knows and understands the mind of God. As we fast/pray for this mission trip, we must depend on his help. God is at work in Malawi (Philippians 2:13), therefore if we must partner with him, we need the help of the Holy Spirit.

As you spend time today in the place of prayer, ask him to lead us as we continue to pray for this trip. If he is telling you something, please call me and share. As part of the body, we all have a role in ensuring that we hear God well so we are not misled. We must work as a team.

Thank you for your prayers

Blessings!!!

Day 1- Thanksgiving and Praise

“4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.”
— Psalm 100:4-5

We can never go wrong with thanksgiving and praise. In fact, these are divine keys given to man to unlock the gates into God’s presence.

May God grant us the strength to thank him and praise his holy name.
