Day 21: HOZ Vision and Thanksgiving

In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. Many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
— Isaiah 2:2-3
For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea
— Habakkuk 2:14
And the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all humanity together will see it. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken
— Isaiah 40:5
No longer will each man teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquities and will remember their sins no more
— Jeremiah 31:34

The Journey of HOZ starts with Isaiah 2:2-3. In the last days the mountain of the Lord, referring to his church, his temple, and we are that mountain which Christ will be established in the last days. This mountain will be the highest, which means Christ establishes himself within us and he is raised high above everything and every person and is revealed to his church. 2 Corinthians 1:20- 22 “For all the promises of God are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him, our “Amen” is spoken to the glory of God. Now it is God who establishes both us and you in Christ. He anointed us, placed His seal on us, and put His Spirit in our hearts as a pledge of what is to come”. It will be exalted above all hills- the church will stand out above everything and glory of God revealed and attractive to all the nations of the earth. Hebrews 1:3 “And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high”. It will be a time where there will be no struggle in ministering the word of God, people will be attracted to the glory; Christ himself and according to Isaiah 40:5 “And the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all humanity together will see it. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." and the revelation of Christ will be made known by himself to all. Jeremiah 31:34 “No longer will each man teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquities and will remember their sins no more." When this happens the church will experience a the season of Habakkuk 2:14 “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.”

The Vision of HOZ is to ensure we prepare the church for this great awakening. We are called like the John the Baptist to prepare the way. We are THE END TIME VOICE OF THE INTERCESSOR Luke 3:4-6 “4 As it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet: “A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him. Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth. And all people will see God’s salvation.”

To see the church flow in the manifestation of God’s glory HOZ does the following:

1.       Organizing strategic prophetic intercessory prayers for different aspects by the leading of the Holy Spirit: God has always archived his purpose on earth only through a person: Ezekiel 22:33 “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one. HOZ has answered the call as God’s earthly office for God’s earthly operations.

2.       Build believers and intercessors by the word of God and the help of the Holy Spirit through teaching and training: Ephesians 4:12-16: “12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, 14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. 15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love”.

3.       Raise awareness of the state of the church-the walls and the temple has been broken down and encouraged the church to participate in the rebuilding process. Ezra and Nehemiah both trusted God and were involved in the building of the wall and temple. Joel 2: 15-17 “15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, declare a holy fast, call a sacred assembly. 16 Gather the people, consecrate the assembly; bring together the elders, gather the children, those nursing at the breast. Let the bridegroom leave his room and the bride her chamber. 17 Let the priests, who minister before the Lord, weep between the portico and the altar. Let them say, “Spare your people, Lord. Do not make your inheritance an object of scorn, a byword among the nations. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’”

4.       Participate in the great commission. Jesus ministered to all kinds of people in the nations. HOZ is not restricted to a particular nation but to all nations: Matthew 28:16-20: 16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.16When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

5.       We are not a church. We are called to support the church; praying for the needs of the church and raising intercessors to intercede at every level of the society and family. Ephesians 3:14-21 “14For this reason, I bow my knees and pray to the Father. 15 It is from Him that every family in heaven and on earth has its name. 16 I pray that because of the riches of His shining-greatness, He will make you strong with power in your hearts through the Holy Spirit. 17I pray that Christ may live in your hearts by faith. I pray that you will be filled with love. 17 I pray that you will be able to understand how wide and how long and how high and how deep His love is. 19 I pray that you will know the love of Christ. His love goes beyond anything we can understand. I pray that you will be filled with God Himself. 20 God is able to do much more than we ask or think through His power working in us. 21 May we see His shining-greatness in the church. May all people in all time honor Christ Jesus. Let it be so.”

6.       Invest in the youth in our communities as they are the future of the church. 1 Timothy 4:12 “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”

Focus of Prayers today

Thank God for what he has used us for through the years, he has been our strength each time we wait on him. Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”  1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Pray that we will not back down with this call of God because his grace is enough for this Journey: 2 Corinthians 12:9 “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

Pray for the spirit of wisdom and knowledge: Isaiah 11:2 “And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD”
Pray for enlargement and grow both physically and spiritually: Isaiah 54:2 "Enlarge the site of your tent, stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, do not hold back. Lengthen your ropes and drive your stakes in deep.

Pray for  the protection against the arrows of the enemy: Isaiah 37:33 “Therefore this is what the LORD says concerning the king of Assyria: “He will not enter this city or shoot an arrow here. He will not come before it with shield or build a siege ramp against it.

Zechariah 2:5” And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the LORD, ‘and I will be its glory within.”
Isaiah 4:5 “Then the LORD will create over all of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a canopy”

Pray that the vision be fulfilled, that God will always fine us faithful to do his work: Habakkuk 2:3 “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”
Daniel 8:17 “As he came near to where I stood, I was terrified and fell facedown. "Son of man," he said to me, "understand that the vision concerns the time of the end."

Pray that we will always allow the Holy Spirit to lead us: Ezekiel 37:1 “The hand of the Lord was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones.”
