Day 8: The Power of the Entrance of God’s Word

“The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.”
— Psalm 119: 130

The word of God is the most powerful word one can imagine. It has the power to do anything. It can heal, save, deliver, transform, restore, destroy, etc. If we want the word to give light, we must open up inside and allow entrance.

John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The word of God has been there from the beginning of times and therefore, nothing existed before the word.

Pray that the ministers of the Gospel in Malawi will allow the entrance of God’s word into their hearts so that everywhere will be illuminated and darkness will have no hiding place.

James 1:21: “Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.”

Pray for meekness, humility, repentance, total surrender, and submission to the word of God among the ministers of the Gospel.

Colossians 3:16: “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.”

Pray that the ministers of the Gospel in Malawi will allow the word of God to dwell richly within so that they will be transformed into God’s image.

Isaiah 55:11: “So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.”

Pray that the word that God has for the ministers in Malawi shall not return to God empty but its purpose must be fulfilled successfully.

John 1:14: “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

Pray for the revelation of God’s glory in the lives of the ministers of the Gospel in the church in Malawi.

Hebrew 1:3: “He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.”

Pray that the radiance of God’s glory- Jesus, will be revealed during this conference.

Jeremiah 15:16: “Your words were found, and I ate them, and your words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart, for I am called by your name, O Lord, God of hosts.”

Pray that during this conference the grace will abound for the ministers to find and eat the word of God in order to achieve everything needed for daily living.

1 Thessalonians 2:13: “And we also thank God constantly for this, that when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men but as what it really is, the word of God, which is at work in you believers.”

Thank God that Malawi will accept the word of God as solely as the word of God and not as the word of men.

Thank God for hearing and answering us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
