Day 20: Declaring The Word Of God Into My 2022

And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.
— 2 Peter 1:4

We are declaring the promises of God’s Word by faith into our 2022 according to Job 22:28

You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.
— Job 22:28

Prayer points

  • Abba father, I want to thank you that because of your glory and power. You have given me all your wonderful promises that have enabled me to live a fulfilled life in 2021. As I enter 2022, I know your promises will never fail me in Jesus name: ”And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.” 2 Peter 1:4. According to 2 Corinthians 1:20 “For all the promises of God are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him, our “Amen” is spoken to the glory of God”.

  • Father, I thank you that according to 2 Corinthians 4:6, you have made your light to shine into my heart and continuously reveal the knowledge of your glory. That even as I enter 2022, I will continue to grow in that knowledge in Jesus name:  “For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:6

  • Upon the Word of God in Joshua 1:9, I stand to declare that in 2022, the Lord himself is going before me and preparing the way……..“The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

  • I declare that in every journey that I will go through in 2022, the grace of God according to 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10 will be enough for me, therefore.... “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.  That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10

  • Father in the name of Jesus I stand on the power of your word in Philippians 4:6-9 to declare that in 2022, I will not be anxious about anything……“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:6-9

  • Father in the name of Jesus I declare that Psalm 91 is my portion and that of my family in 2022,  in the name of Jesus. Personalize Psalm 91 as a prayer.

  • As I enter 2022, I declare according to Isaiah 60:17-19 that instead of bronze,  the Lord is bringing me gold …..: “Instead of bronze I will bring you gold; I will bring silver in place of iron, bronze instead of wood, and iron instead of stones. I will appoint peace as your governor and righteousness as your ruler. No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders. But you will name your walls Salvation and your gates Praise. No longer will the sun be your light by day, nor the brightness of the moon shine on your night; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your splendor.” Isaiah 60: 17-19

  • In 2022, as quoted in Isaiah 66:12 the peace of God and the wealth of the nations will flow over my life, my family, my ministry, my marriage, my children, my job, etc “For this is what the LORD says: "I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flowing stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm, and bounced upon her knees.” Isaiah 66:12

  • As I enter into 2022 oh Lord, I stand upon the power of your Word in Deuteronomy 3:2-7 to declare that  I will not be afraid of my enemies …..   “The Lord said to me, “Do not be afraid of him, for I have delivered him into your hands, along with his whole army and his land. Do to him what you did to Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon.”So the Lord our God also gave into our hands Og king of Bashan and all his army. We struck them down, leaving no survivors. At that time we took all his cities. There was not one of the sixty cities that we did not take from them—the whole region of Argob, Og’s kingdom in Bashan. All these cities were fortified with high walls and with gates and bars, and there were also a great many unwalled villages. We completely destroyed[a] them, as we had done with Sihon king of Heshbon, destroying[b] every city—men, women and children. But all the livestock and the plunder from their cities we carried off for ourselves.” Deuteronomy 3:2-7

  • As I enter 2022, I declare according to Mathew 20:19-20, that all those who have programmed my death in 2022 will all die before my arrival in the name of Jesus: Mathew 20: 19-20 “After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt. “Get up!” he said. “Take the Child and His mother and go to the land of Israel, for those seeking the Child’s life are now dead.” Exodus 4:19 “And the LORD said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt: for all the men are dead which sought thy life.”

  • I declare according to Psalm 119:17 that in 2022, I shall not die, but I will live to spread the Word of the Lord everywhere the Spirit of the Lord will take me. I declare that the thief (John 10:10) shall not steal anything from me in the name of Jesus. I declare life in abundance over myself, every one of my possessions, my marriage, my children, my ministry etc. I declare that because I believe in the power of the resurrection, I have life and I will not die in the name of Jesus Christ: “I will not die, but I will live and proclaim what the LORD has done”. Psalm 118:17. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life and have it in all its fullness” John 10:10. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26

  • Father, in the name of Jesus, I stand on the power of your Word; Isaiah 54:17, to declare that no weapon of the enemy irrespective of  type, source, or strength shall ever prevail against myself, my family or my ministry ..., “no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD.” Isaiah 54:17

  • Oh Lord, because I have turned to you according to 2 Corinthians 3:16-18, I declare that every veil that has been covering my life and destiny in 2021, you are shining your light on me and removing it. Therefore, as I enter 2022, I am free in every aspect of my life and reflecting the glory of God and I am being transformed in the image of Christ.  “But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into His image with intensifying glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3: 16-18 

  • I declare that because the Spirit of the Lord is upon me (Isaiah 61:1), I am anointed and qualified to preach his word in 2022……. “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound.” Isaiah 61:1

  • I stand by this Word of the Lord in Isaiah 60:1-2, to declare that in 2022, even in the mist of thick darkness, I will shine because my light has come, the revelation of the Word of God has visited me in every aspect of my life in Jesus name: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. For behold, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness is over the peoples; but the LORD will rise upon you, and His glory will appear over you.” Isaiah 60:1-2

  • Upon your word oh Lord (Psalm 84:11), I stand to declare that as I enter 2022, because you are my sun and shield, your favor and honor will be upon me and no good thing will you withhold from me: “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.” Psalm 84:11 

  • I declare that in 2022, because my hope is in you Lord, (Isaiah 40:31) I receive new strength…..  But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31

  • I stand on the Word of God to declare that in 2022, the Lord is giving me rest from all my enemies…….“And the LORD gave them rest on every side, just as He had sworn to their fathers. None of their enemies could stand against them, for the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. Not one of all the LORD’s good promises to the house of Israel had failed; everything was fulfilled.” Joshua 21:44-45

  • Upon the power of your Word, Psalm 107:13-16, I stand and declare that in 2022 when I cry to you Lord…….“Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind, for he breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron.” Psalm 107:13-16

  • As I enter 2022, I stand on the Word of God declaring that fear will never be my portion. I declare that I will remain still in the midst of every situation that will come my way and that I will see my salvation. The Egyptians that I see today in 2021, ………  “And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14: 13-14

  • Father, I thank you that as I am about to enter 2022, according to your Word in Deuteronomy 9:3, I am reminded that you have already gone ahead of me like a consuming fire……….. “But be assured today that the Lord your God is the one who goes across ahead of you like a devouring fire. He will destroy them; he will subdue them before you. And you will drive them out and annihilate them quickly, as the Lord has promised you.” Deuteronomy 9:3
